Each cow on our farm is monitored for health and wellness using smart collars and tracking systems. Milk is tested immediately after milking for temperature, composition, and contamination, using advanced sensors.
In our processing facility, we perform multiple rounds of microbial and chemical testing. These include bacterial counts, antibiotic screenings, and nutritional analysis. Traceability systems allow us to track each batch from source to shelf, giving clients full visibility into the origin and quality of their products.
