At Azer Milk, we are excited to share the latest developments in our journey to create a sustainable, AI-driven dairy farm in Barda, Azerbaijan. Planning & Design
Our team has been working closely with industry experts to finalize the master plan for the farm. This includes a state-of-the-art facility for housing 2,000 cows, focusing on automation, waste-to-energy solutions, and renewable energy integration. The design incorporates advanced technologies that will not only boost productivity but also minimize environmental impact.
We are in the process of selecting an EPC firm (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) to partner with us on this exciting venture. The EPC firm will play a critical role in executing the design and ensuring that all systems, from milking automation to waste-to-energy solutions, are seamlessly integrated.

We are focused on completing the first phase of construction and anticipate starting operations soon. Our goal is to provide the highest quality dairy products while contributing to the sustainability and growth of Azerbaijan’s dairy industry.
